welcome to central place

Located directly above the Rosslyn Metro Station in Arlington County at Wilson Boulevard & 1800 North Lynn Street, Central Place will offer the Rosslyn community what it has been missing - a meeting place, a destination, a heart. A public plaza offering year-round programming will sit in the center of the project accompanied by 42,000 square feet of retail, a 525,000 square foot office tower (future home of The Corporate Executive Board), a 377-unit residential tower, and a public observation deck.

Rosslyn’s accessibility and evolution into its own destination has positioned it to become the densest neighborhood outside of D.C. proper. Across the Key Bridge from Georgetown, Central Place is the gateway from D.C. to Northern Virginia. Upon completion, at 390 feet tall, Central Place will be the tallest mixed-use development in the Washington area, making an everlasting impression on the District’s skyline.
